This is the first time I use 5 Star for visa application. I found the service is very efficient and reliable. All staffs I've communicated with are very professional and friendly. I've got my visa and passport return within 5 days with receipt. It is also time and money saving service. Thank you. I certainly will use the service again and recommend to friends.

Really good service. I did my application by post and got an email confirming that my passport had been received and then a few days later another email saying that I would have my passport with the visa back the next day. All very efficient - thank you!

This really is a 5 STAR service from a 5 STAR business. Great communication and such efficiency and courtesy throughout. We used 5 Star last year and found the service brilliant, so no hesitation in using their excellent service again this year.

I was absolutely delighted with the service I received and will definitely use 5 Star again. The process of acquiring my Visa was less stressful than when I'd previously organised Visas myself through the Chinese Embassy. I also had the leather passport holder I'd inadvertently sent with my passport returned separately with no prompting by me. Excellent, efficient, exemplary service! Thanks to all staff at 5-Star I will certainly recommend you to friends and colleagues.

The while process to get a visa took only a week and the cost was less than it would have been if I had travelled to the Chinese Embassy myself to get the visa.

This is a excellent service , it is definitely a 5 star service, sent for my visa on the Monday and got it back on the Saturday, so speedy, good communication too, got emails telling me the status of my Visa, I have used this service twice now and both times excellent , well done 5 star..

I booked a 4 day tour of Beijing for my son at very short notice. The service, attention and courtesy I received at every stage was outstanding. I feel that here I must mention and thank Mengli for her knowledge and tireless efforts on my behalf. My son has nothing but praise for 5 Star China Holidays. Everything, from being met at Beijing airport, the transfer to the Taimushan hotel, the guided tours, included meals and final return to Beijing airport, went without a hitch. I have used this company for past 3 years to obtain my visas to China,7 trips now they are very good, picking up on mistakes and rectifing them,thus avoiding delays. I also will start to use them to arrange accomadation in future.

I just came back from a most wonderful trip to Tibet. The service provided by 5 Star China Holidays in obtaining the permit, getting it to me in Xi'an at the last minute and the arrangements in Tibet were perfect. Highly recommended

This is the fourth time I've used 5 Star China Holidays, and I am extremely impressed by their service every time. I've been overseas each time to make it more complicated. They are extremely efficient, and they let you know exactly what is going on all the time through email communication. Their response time for questions is very fast as well. I could not be happier. 5 Star China have helped me to get a Chinese visa about 5 times now, should be getting a loyalty discount soon. I too have been trying to get a UK visa for my Chinese fiancee. She has been refused 4 times, each time for a reason that came out of the blue: No evidence of meeting, sending emails back and forth, no cards sent, etc. The whole thing is a con.

I returned from Beijing on May 26th;at that time the airport was operating as normal with most staff wearing masks against swine fever....

I applied for a 6 month visitors visa for my fiancee' in Beijing. I went through the Border Agency who checked all documentation including a copy of my bank a/c showing funds in excess of xxk and a letter undertaking all financial and moral responsibility; To our amazement the visa was refused on the grounds that we did not furnish details of where we met and how long had we known each other......none of this information was asked for on the application form. If we marry in China are we likely to be issued a visa for my wife to reside with me in the UK? When I completed an application for a 6 month visitors visa we were charged £80+ for translation of reath certificates.....it would be much cheaper to have them translated outside the Border Agency which receives no Govt.support and tries to make profits where it can.It cost £150 for the visa application which was refused as I had not supplied info as to where my fiancee' and I met and how long ago although none of this info was asked for on the appl.form.
